The wooden arch from Zagori separates the entrance from the main room (ondas) which is used as a sitting room and a bedroom, with the fireplace in a prominent position. It is like separating the body from the soul, like wanting to break something undivided into smaller and insignificant parts.
You do not have to design the landscape, it is there, formed centuries ago and you will easily find your place within it.
